Computing 03/06/20 - Fill

Logo using https://www.calormen.com/jslogo/ to colour fill a range of shapes.

In previous years children have used floor turtles such as Bee-Bots and possibly Big-Trak vehicles plus computer programs such as Focus on Bee-Bot on a laptop and on an iPad the Bee-Bot app.

How do you change the pen colour?

setpencolor 10 = green pen

How do you fill a shape?

The fill command will fill the enclosed shape within which the turtle resides.
Usually, the penup (pu) and pendown (pd) commands are used either side of moving the turtle into the shape.

Task 1

Draw a square using repeat, then lift the pen up, move turtle inside square and fill

clean = removes any lines

ht = hide turtle

Draw four squares (cyan, red, green (code 2 not 10 ["green]), yellow), then using pu and pd move the turle into each square and then fill with the colour as shown. Finally label each square with its colour.
