Autumn Second Half Term 2021
The children have been thinking about the seasons especially Autumn and have been using fallen leaves to make leaf people. The children had lots of fun making these pictures.
They have also been looking at the festival of Diwali and how this celebrated. The children made their own Rangoli patterns and coloured henna designs.
We have also been counting down to Christmas and completing lots of activities linked to this. The children have been dressing up in their role play corners - Santa's workshop and The Nativity.
Autumn First Half Term 2021
The children have been settling into school and getting to know the rountines of the school day. They have been busy making friends and getting to know each other by sharing their All About Me books.
The children have been completing lots of practical activities and they have also been learning different letter sounds to begin their reading journey.
