We are very proud of the contribution our children make to their school and our Community. They actively participate in all areas of school life through their different roles and responsibilities. The school aims are reinforced throughout, and it is very apparent as you walk around the school that the children value the commitment we place upon the Christian values. Our Ofsted report said that "Pupils’ behaviour is outstanding…their spiritual development is promoted particularly effectively. Parents appreciate the way in which the school looks after the children."
This page details some of the many different areas of school where the children have a direct contribution to make. Community Time is a new initiative, started in September 2015. It replaces our 'School Council' and is much more Inclusive. Each class has two 30 minute sessions each week where they hold Community Time meetings. During this time, children are encouraged to debate and reflect on different aspects of life. Each child has a 'Treasure Book'. Significant moments both in and out of school are recorded in these books, providing the children with a record of their 'journey' through school.
